Global has two decades of experience operating and maintaining Naval Inactive Ship Maintenance facilities in multiple locations. Decommissioned military vessels are maintained for potential reactivation, are prepared for military exercises (SINKEX), for museums or for foreign sales. Global currently operates and maintains the NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Offices in Philadelphia, PA, Portsmouth, VA and Newport, RI.
Global also holds a substantial commercial contract with Career Systems Development Corporation supporting several Department of Labor contracts with Job Corps centers. We provide services in Human Resources, Education and Training, Administration Management as well as Bid and Proposal support. We have worked with CSD to maximize their performance indicators; We facilitate the cultural enhancement process through the Lean/Six Sigma methodologies assisting the staff to become the best they can be. Additionally, we have provided CSD excellent service in reducing their Worker’s Comp costs, substantially reducing their Risk Management percentages and reduction of employee turnover by more than 50% using our expert Talent Acquisition professionals.
